Terms and Conditions

Before proceeding with your booking, please take a moment to read the
Terms & Conditions carefully. If you have any questions or would like clarification on any aspect of the booking process, performance, or contractual terms, please do not hesitate to get in touch for clarification.

Booking Fee / Deposit
- A non-refundable booking fee of £200 is required to secure the date.
・If the event is cancelled more than 30 days before the event date:
    ・the booking fee will be refunded in full.
・If the event is cancelled within 30 days of the event date:
    ・the booking fee is non-refundable.

Final Payment
- The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days before the event date.
- An invoice will be issued for payment.

Event Schedule
- The Client must provide an itinerary or schedule of the event at least 24 hours before the performance.
・This should include key timings and details of the event so that the Performer can plan accordingly and ensure the best possible experience for guests.

Delays
- If the event runs behind schedule due to circumstances beyond the Performer's control, the Performer is not obliged to remain beyond the agreed finish time.
- Should the Client require the Performer to stay longer, and subject to availability, an additional fee of £200 per hour (or part thereof) will apply.

Performer Lateness
- In the unlikely event that the Performer arrives late due to circumstances within the Performer's control, the Performer will extend the performance by the equivalent amount of time lost.

Meals
- For bookings where the Performer is required to be present for more than 3 hours, a suitable meal and refreshments shall be provided.

Substitute Performer
- If the Performer is unable to attend due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, every reasonable effort will be made to provide a suitable replacement performer of a comparable standard, who is a member of The Magic Circle.

Cancellation by the Performer
- If the Performer is unable to attend and a suitable replacement cannot be arranged, all monies paid by the Client, including the booking fee, will be refunded in full.

Force Majeure
- If circumstances beyond either party's reasonable control affect the performance

(including but not limited to severe weather, transport disruption, venue closure, , or other unforeseen events), the Performer will make every reasonable effort to attend and fulfil the booking.
- Where the performance can still proceed under significantly affected circumstances, a discount of up to 50% of the agreed fee may be offered at the Performer's discretion.
- If the performance cannot proceed at all due to such circumstances, any booking fee or payments already made will be refunded in full.


Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
- Receipt of these Terms and Conditions provides the client with an opportunity to review them before booking.
・By proceeding with the booking, making payment, or accepting the photographer's services, the client confirms their acceptance of these Terms and Conditions unless otherwise agreed in writing.
